Build your family and your career

Enhanced maternity, shared parental, and adoption leave
12 weeks of leave at full pay followed by 12 weeks half pay before moving onto statutory entitlements.

Paid phased return support
Ease your return to work, come back on full pay/ reduced hours whilst you and your new family adjust to your new world of balancing childcare, family life and work.

Enhanced paternity pay
Two weeks full pay for team members on paternity leave.
